1. Eat More

Eat more?! You’ve gotta be nuts Liz! I know that’s what you’re thinking. But I’m not kidding. Your body actually needs a lot of food to stay healthy. The trouble is you’ve been trying to eat LESS to lose weight, and that’s not exactly how it works (especially not for our body types, assuming you have the same type that stores fat easily).

The key is to eat more of the right foods. What are the right foods? They are foods that:

  • help reduce cellular inflammation
  • are nutrient-packed and high quality
  • make up balanced meals that prioritize macronutrient splits specific to your body type
  • are designed to help your body release excess fat stores and stored toxins
  • ARE NOT low fat
  • ARE NOT “diet” foods
